Cambodia Organises Online Child Protection Workshop

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, is organising a workshop on online child protection.

The virtual workshop from Aug. 23 to 27 aims to raise awareness on the risks of online platforms for children, and help them avoid possible harassment and abuse via internet.

Leaders and experts from concerned ministries and institutions, civil society organisations, educational institutions, private sector and media agencies as well as youth themselves joined the event.

They have shared their experience, strategies, action plans to help prevent online harassment, fraud and maltreatment.
