Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk has granted US$20,000 and other donations to Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE) for the supreme interest of vulnerable children.
According to Royal du Cambodge page, the donations reflect the monarch’s high attention to the Cambodian children’s well-being since the Sangkum Reastr Niyum era.
Besides the financial support, the donations included 3,000 facemasks, 2 boxes of bar soap, 2 boxes of drinking water, and 1 box of liquid soap.
Located in Khan Stung Meanchey, Phnom Penh, Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (For a Child’s Smile) in a non-profit organisation founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, operating in Cambodia since 1995 to help children suffering acute hardship by reintegrating them into society and by creating a safe and appropriate environment for them to study and to learn a trade that is as highly qualified as possible.
