Cambodia-China International Investment Forum to Drive More Chinese Investors in Cambodia

Cambodia-China International Investment Forum will drive more Chinese investors in Cambodia.

The remark was underscored by H.E. Mrs. Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection, while presiding over the Forum at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel yesterday.

On the occasion, H.E. Mrs. Men Sam An recalled long blossoming relations, friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and China.

According to H.E. Mrs. Men Sam An, the two-way business of both countries is expected to reach the target of US$10 billion in 2022.

H.E. Mrs. Men Sam An further laid stress on the One Belt One Road Initiative Framework of H.E. Xi Jinping, President of China, which has expanded and enhanced mutual partnership, win-win cooperation and joint prosperity.

The initiative is fostering connectivity of physical infrastructures, institutions and people-to-people, as well as cooperation in business, culture and other sectors now and in the future.

The minister was optimistic that Cambodia-China International Investment Forum will also contribute significantly to regional cooperation.

Cambodia-China International Investment Forum was organised to share good experience and insights about Cambodia' investment potentials among Chinese investors.
