Cambodia looks forward to optimising the product promotion and networking opportunities during the 3rd China International Expo 2020 in November.
The optimism was underlined by the Minister of Commerce H.E. Pan Sorasak when attending the teleconference to discuss the event with the Chinese counterpart yesterday.
According to the minister, the China International Expo 2020 will enable Cambodia to expand its international cooperation and expand markets for its exports.
As scheduled the exposition will take place from Nov. 5 to 10 in Shanghai city of the People’s Republic of China.
The two sides were also optimistic that the event will further strengthen bilateral commercial and trade relationship which is already flourishing.
Cambodia-China bilateral trade volume has grown remarkably, reaching more than US$8 billion in 2019 and US$6 billion in 2018.
It is calculated that the bilateral trade scope will hit US$10 billion by 2023.
