Cambodia and Russia are considering direct flight between the two countries in order to boost tourism.
The direct flight connection was discussed in a meeting yesterday between Cambodia's Minister of Tourism H.E. Thong Khon and H.E. Dmitry Tsvetkov, Russian Ambassador to Cambodia at the ministry here in Phnom Penh.
The two sides also discussed cooperative effort to develop strategic direction in order to promote tourism between the two countries.
By far, Cambodia has no direct flight to any city of Russia; if such direct flight will happen, it will contribute not only to the tourism sector but other cooperations.
