Four more cases were reported to be recovered from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) while no new case was detected for six days in a row, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health made public this morning.
The new cured patients are a Cambodian woman and three Cambodian men returning from the U.S. and Russia, pointed out the same source, adding that they have been allowed to be discharged after being tested negative twice consecutively.
The total number of recovered patients rose to 263 or 96.34 percent of the total cases of 273, it underlined.
The 273 confirmed cases include 174 Cambodians, 40 French, 17 Chinese, 13 Malaysians, 8 Indonesians, 7 Americans, 5 British, 3 Vietnamese, 3 Canadians, 1 Belgian, 1 Indian, and 1 Kazakhstani.
Since the first case detected in Preah Sihanouk province in late January, the COVID-19 pandemic has so far hit 13 provinces and capital of Cambodia.
