Arakawa Residence has kick-started the second-phase sale of the first-ever Japan-standard apartment buildings in Cambodia, commencing this month.
According to the Japan-Cambodian company, there are six buildings of 1.280 apartment units put for the second sale, and their construction will be completed in June 2022.
During the recent launch of the second-phase sale, the Japanese co-founder of the Arakawa Residence Mr. Alex Yasumoto underlined that the prime purpose of the apartment building project is to allow residence access in the centre of Phnom Penh to Cambodian students, newly-wed couple and others with limited income.
The Cambodian co-found Mr. Eang Sotheara added that his company focuses on quality, security, beauty, healthiness, and virtue in order to encourage livelihood in shared buildings.
Located in Sangkat Teuk Thla, Khan Sen Sok of Phnom Penh capital, the Arakawa Residence’s projects encompass the total land surface of 1.3 hectares.
The first-phase sale of the apartment building started in late 2019 with 10 buildings of 1.680 apartment units and has been very successful.
Arakawa Residence is the first property investment company that does not use customers’ deposits to finance its housing construction.
