Over US$44 Million Garden City Water Park in Phnom Penh Inaugurated

Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Senate President Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum inaugurated here this morning the “Garden City Water Park” in Sangkat Prek Tasek, Khan Chroy Changvar in Phnom Penh.

Garden City Water Park is the largest water park in Cambodia. It is invested by LYP Group with a total investment of more than US$44 million.

The water park was built on an area of   more than 8 hectares. The construction started on May 28, 2018 and completed in July 2020.

Garden City Water Park has 38 modern and high quality entertainment equipment imported from the United States and the European Union. They are designed for people of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults.

Those include Wave Paradise and Water Empire (the largest in ASEAN), Children’s Paradise, Mekong River, Wave Skiing and Whirlpool Valley. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a restaurant in the park that serves Khmer, French … dishes.

The presence of Garden City Water Park is another new development achievement of Phnom Penh capital.
