Phnom Penh is expecting a modern business centre called Dragon City in Boeung Tompoun and Choeung Ek satellite city in a near future, according to local media report.
Cooperative agreement for the business centre development was signed recently here in the capital of Cambodia by ING company, Causeway Bay Group, and SINO Bay Construction Investment.
H.E. Keut Chhe, deputy governor of Phnom Penh capital, presided over the official signing ceremony of the development project to be situated along Samdech Techo Hun Sen Boulevard on a total land surface of 5.4 hectares.
According to the deputy governor, the construction of the business centre will begin in 2020.
The investors are positive that the project responds very well to the rapid development of Cambodia, especially Phnom Penh capital.
