Cambodian federation of employers has urged Cambodian youths to focus their career on technical vocational skills of high demand in current job market.
The president of the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations Mr. Ley Sopheap encouraged so when chairing a technical vocational skill training workshop recently.
Globally and Cambodia wide, there is a high demand for employee with technical vocational skill and professional growth possibility is huge, he added.
On behalf of his federation, Mr. Ley Sopheap also offered to provide support for Cambodian youth with the mentioned capacity to find job or start up their own business.
According to the record, employers as well as businesses in Cambodia are recruiting workers for some 35,000 vacancies.
