Phnom penh: Cambodia and China have agreed to tighten relations and cooperation and consider possible renewal of the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the intention was highlighted in a meeting early this week in Phnom Penh between H.E. Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, and H.E. Yan Qinghui, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.
H.E. Heng Sour supported the initiatives and reiterated that the ministry is looking forward to continuing to work closely with China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to advance cooperation on labour, social security, and TVET sectors.
The Minister spoke highly of comprehensive collaboration between the two countries at all levels of government, ministries, institutions, cities, and provinces, which has achieved a community of shared destiny.
