According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Ambassador Chanboribo delivered the fraternal greetings of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni and the Cambodian leaders, underscoring that the foundation of the Cyprus-Cambodia relationship is built upon a mutual respect for international law and the principle of sovereign equality.
