Cambodia and Vietnam Pledge to Enhance Inspection Collaboration

Phnom Penh:The Ministry of Inspection of Cambodia and the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam have agreed to enhance their cooperation in inspection practices and share experiences to improve their respective systems.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the commitment was announced during a meeting on September 28 between Cambodian Minister of Inspection H.E. Sok Soken and Vietnamese Inspector General H.E. Nguy?n Qu?c o n.

During the meeting, H.E. Sok Soken highlighted the enduring close relations between Cambodia and Vietnam, which are based on "Good Neighbourliness, Traditional Friendship, Comprehensive Cooperation, and Long-Lasting Stability."

He also mentioned that the bilateral cooperation in inspection began in 2005 under the leadership of former ministerial leaders, particularly Samdech Kittisangahapundit Men Sam An, who is currently a Member of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King.

H.E. Sok Soken reaffirmed Cambodia's commitment to maintaining a strong partnership with Vietnam's Government Inspectorate by focusing on knowledge exchanges, human resource development, and digital integration. These efforts aim to promote transparency, good governance, and integrity in the public administration of both nations.
