Phnom penh: Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has extended his congratulations to Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 108th Anniversary of its Independence Day.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, in his congratulatory message to H.E. Ms. Sahiba GAFAROVA, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samdech Techo Hun Sen highlighted Azerbaijan's achievements in nation building, economic development, and its role in global peace and prosperity. He emphasized the nation's strong leadership and its dedication to improving the well-being of its citizens.
The message further stressed Cambodia's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Azerbaijan, aiming for mutual tangible benefits. Samdech Techo expressed optimism that cooperation between the legislative institutions of both countries would continue to grow through various exchanges and mutual support in inter-parliamentary forums.
In concluding his message, the Acting Head of State conveyed his best wishes for the continued health and success of H.E. Ms. Sahiba GAFAROVA and for the prosperity of the Azerbaijani people.
