Cambodia Offers Over 6,000 Jobs in Takeo for Returnees from Thailand

Cambodia: Cambodia's Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has announced recently that more than 6,000 job opportunities are currently available in Takeo province, specifically targeting Cambodian migrant workers returning from Thailand and other local job seekers.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Ministry stated that the employment openings are concentrated primarily in the province's industrial sector. This initiative is designed to facilitate the reintegration of returning migrants into the domestic workforce while also providing employment for local residents.

The latest data from the Ministry reveals that a total of 6,560 positions were registered as vacant across various factories and enterprises in Takeo province as of Mar. 6.

To ensure transparency and accessibility, the Ministry has released official job bulletins, which provide detailed information on the available positions, including the names of the hiring factories, the specific industry sectors, and direct contact numbers for applicants.

In addition to direct outreach to employers, the Ministry is offering dedicated support through its 1297 hotline. Job seekers, especially returnee workers, are encouraged to call for personalised assistance in finding suitable employment that matches their skills and experience.
