Cambodia and Laos are going to hold the 14th Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) in Phnom Penh on July 7.
The forthcoming meeting will be co-chaired by H.E. PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and his Lao counterpart H.E. Saleumxay KOMMASITH.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the 14th JCBC Meeting between Cambodia and Laos will review the progress made pursuant to the Agreed Minutes of the previous JCBC meeting and explore other potential areas of future cooperation in order to further strengthen and advance the close and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries for mutual benefits of the two peoples.
At the end of the meeting, the Co-chairs will sign the Agreed Minutes of the 14th Meeting of the Cambodia-Laos Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation, it pointed out.
Preceding the 14th JCBC Meeting, it added, H.E. Saleumxay KOMMASITH will pay a courtesy call on Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
