Cambodian PM Receives Founder and CEO of The John Maxwell Company

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet received here this afternoon visiting Mr. John C. Maxwell, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The John Maxwell Company, Equip Organisation and Maxwell Leadership Foundation. In the courtesy meeting, Mr. John C. Maxwell briefed Samdech Thipadei on his company's activities and on his visit to Cambodia, the purpose of which is to provide training on soft skills focusing on leadership for more than 2,000 Cambodian students on May 9. He expressed his intention to provide such training to Cambodian ministries and state institutions and expand his cooperation with the Royal Government of Cambodia in the future. In reply, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet extended warm welcome to Mr. John C. Maxwell's first visit to Cambodia and thanked him for the training on soft skills for Cambodian students, which contributes to human capital development in the Kingdom. The Cambodian Premier spoke highly of the importance of training the Cambodian younger generatio n with soft skills, and underlined that qualified human capital needs both hard skills and soft skills. Samdech Thipadei also welcomed Mr. John C. Maxwell's intention to provide soft skill training to Cambodian ministries and state institutions, emphasising that soft skills, especially leadership, is very significant for all organisations and institutions in both the public and private sectors.
