Phnom penh: Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received a courtesy call from H.E. Akbar Ghasemi Ali Abadi, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Cambodia, this morning.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, H.E. Akbar Ghasemi Ali Abadi expressed his appreciation for the strong relations between Cambodia and Iran, pledging to further enhance bilateral cooperation. The ambassador also conveyed interest in exploring opportunities for collaboration in various sectors.
Prime Minister Hun Manet warmly welcomed the ambassador's appointment, expressing confidence that his diplomatic efforts would strengthen ties and cooperation between the two nations. He encouraged continued dialogue with Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to explore new avenues for partnership.
