Nanning: Cambodia's national pavilion is ready to showcase a wide range of the country's potential products to international visitors at the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) in Nanning city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China. H.E. Samheng Bora, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce and Vice Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Participating in the World Expositions and International Trade Fairs, led a technical team to inspect the progress of the organisation and participation in the 22nd CAEXPO at Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, during the visit, the Secretary of State and his team observed the location of the 160-square-metre Cambodian national pavilion, which features Preah Sihanouk province as the theme for the city of charm. The team continued to visit Cambodian commercial booths in zone D to ensure readiness for the expo.
The 22nd CAEXPO is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 21, 2025, under the theme 'Digital intelligence and innovation empower development - leveraging China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 new opportunities for an even closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.' This annual event serves as a vital platform for promoting trade, investment, and cooperation between China and ASEAN member countries.
Cambodia's participation in the expo aims to expand its export markets and strengthen business ties with China and other international partners.
