Samdech Techo Hun Sen Acknowledges Russian Ambassador’s Message on CPP’s Milestone

Phnom penh: Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), has expressed appreciation to H.E. Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, for his congratulatory message on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the CPP.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, in a letter dated July 1, Samdech Techo thanked Ambassador Borovik for extending best wishes to him, his family, and the CPP, and expressed gratitude for the ambassador's recognition of the party's achievements over the past seven decades.

Samdech Techo highly valued the Ambassador's assessment of the CPP's leadership role in the struggle to liberate, rebuild, and develop Cambodia, as well as Russia's support for the party's contributions to the country and its people.

He noted with satisfaction that the spirit of solidarity between the two sides remains strong and that cooperation between their legislative and executive institutions continues to expand and deepen.

Samdech Techo also took the opportunity to convey his best wishes for the continued prosperity and well-being of the Russian people and for Russia's greater success in the years ahead.

The CPP President concluded by wishing Ambassador Borovik good health, prosperity, and success in his future responsibilities.
