Thai Military Jets Conduct Airstrikes on Targets in Pursat Province

Pursat: This morning, Thai military forces reportedly deployed two F-16 fighter jets to carry out airstrikes on several targets in Cambodia's Pursat province.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the airstrikes occurred as follows: At 5:50 a.m., Thai forces struck a hotel building in the Thmar Da area with one bomb. At 5:55 a.m., another bomb was dropped on the same hotel building in Thmar Da. At 6:02 a.m., Thai forces targeted the Chey Chumneas Bridge, dropping one bomb. At 6:07 a.m., a second bomb was dropped on the Chey Chumneas Bridge. At 6:12 a.m., Thai forces struck the old Chey Chumneas Bridge with one additional bomb.

As of the time of reporting, Thai military aircraft have not yet ceased their bombing operations in the area, the press release underlined.
