Gifts from Cambodian Red Cross Delivered to Frontline Forces for Pchum Ben Festival

Oddar Meanchey:The Cambodian Red Cross (CRC) has distributed gifts from its President, Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, to frontline armed forces and Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) personnel in preparation for Cambodia's traditional Pchum Ben Festival.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Provincial Governor and Oddar Meanchey Provincial Red Cross Branch President H.E. Mean Chanyada, along with a working team, visited the personnel on October 6 to present the gifts on behalf of the CRC president.

H.E. Mean Chanyada communicated Samdech Bun Rany Hun Sen's greetings and support to the frontline forces and CMAC personnel, commending their devotion and responsibility in their roles, particularly in maintaining security, safety, and peace for residents in border areas.

He emphasized that the gifts symbolized more than just material aid, representing the CRC president's solidarity with those serving diligently to protect local communities. The governor noted that this gesture of support would bolster the morale of the forces and CMAC personnel, encouraging them to continue their responsible service and contribute to the region's security and stability.
