Phnom penh: Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet on Wednesday visited more soldiers and police officers wounded during frontline operations and currently receiving medical treatment at hospitals in the capital.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, accompanied by his spouse, Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony, met injured members of the armed forces and national police who were transferred to Phnom Penh for continued care after sustaining injuries in combat.
He praised the soldiers and police for their sacrifice and commitment to defending Cambodia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Prime Minister also commended medical staff for their role in treating the wounded and supporting their recovery, enabling them to return to duty.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet extended wishes for a swift recovery and good health to all injured personnel.
