Phnom Penh:A high-level delegation from the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union, led by H.E. Thongly Sisoulith, has arrived in Cambodia for a four-day official visit.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the visit is at the invitation of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Vice President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and President of the CPP Central Youth. The delegation was greeted at Techo International Airport by several CPP officials, including H.E. Dr. Kim Santepheap, H.E. Kim Rithy, and H.E. Dr. Souny Vong Visiddh.
H.E. Sonexay Vannaxay, the Ambassador of Lao PDR to Cambodia, was also present to welcome the delegation.
During their visit from October 5 to 8, H.E. Thongly Sisoulith is scheduled to engage in bilateral talks with Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and meet with several young leaders of the CPP. The CPP emphasized that this visit underscores the commitment of the youth from both nations to enhance their traditional friendship and cooperation for mutual benefit.
